You may have heard the term “carrier oil” used when talking about Essential Oils. Simply put, a carrier oil is a vegetable oil that you use for diluting your essential oils! There are a ton of different options for carrier oils to use such as (but not limited to) coconut oil, olive oil, or grapeseed oil, and Young Livingโs V-6โข Vegetable Oil Complex.
Dilution with a carrier oil does not dilute the effect of the essential oil. In fact, it prevents waste due to excessive application. Look for dilution ratios on Young Living essential oil bottles.
