Quick & easy smoothie recipe using Young Living Protein Powder

Ready for the yummiest smoothie recipe ever!? (for my friends who are dairy free, I’m sorry, I’ll have another recipe to share with you all soon!!)

In a blender add:

About 1/3 cup of frozen Blueberries

About 1/3 cup of frozen Strawberries

About 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries+ black berries

About a handful of spinach

1 cup of milk

About 1/3-1/2 cup of yogurt (I cheated and did strawberry which has extra sugar but 🤷‍♀️)

1 scoop of Young Living’s vanilla spice protein power

Then blend. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk.

It’s SO GOOD, and SO quick to make!
