Ready for the yummiest smoothie recipe ever!? (for my friends who are dairy free, I’m sorry, I’ll have another recipe to share with you all soon!!)
In a blender add:
About 1/3 cup of frozen Blueberries
About 1/3 cup of frozen Strawberries
About 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries+ black berries
About a handful of spinach
1 cup of milk
About 1/3-1/2 cup of yogurt (I cheated and did strawberry which has extra sugar but 🤷♀️)
1 scoop of Young Living’s vanilla spice protein power
Then blend. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk.
It’s SO GOOD, and SO quick to make!
