On March 7, our new home went on the market, we went and saw it twice (once at 11, once at 6), and made an offer at 9:30 that night.
They accepted that offer at 11am the next morning. And around 12 I dropped off an earnest money check and made my way to Des Moines to hop on a plane to Florida.
So it would only make sense that we would close, and I would hop on a plane to Florida the next day. 
I got to photograph one of my favorite families in Seaside, and I am OBSESSED with how beautiful it turned out. The rest of my time was spent hanging out and exploring Seaside in all its glory!!!
