A glass spray bottle
Water
1 oz witch hazel
Essential Oils of choice

I did Orange, Lavender and Valor because they are calming & help promote restful sleep.

A few other oils you could use are: Peace and Calming, Frankincense, White Angelica, KidPower, and Tangerine. ✨
