Ways I’ve used oils lately…

Ways I’ve used essential oils in the last few months include:

-Supporting my immune system
-Relieving pressure in my head
-Supporting my body as we went through miscarriage
-Supporting my emotions as we went through miscarriage + saying goodbye to our foster baby
-Creating an environment that supported sleep because it’s hard to sleep when you’re grieving
-Calming and grounding those racing thoughts that try to take over
-For clear skin
-For thicker hair
-To soothe sore muscles
-For cleaning
-For easy breathing because pollen sucks
-To make our home smell so delicious

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Oils seemed so overwhelming at first, but now they’re so easy. It’s so quick to grab a roller when I’m feeling nervous, or I can’t sleep, or my muscles hurt. It’s so easy to fill up the diffuser when my body needs a little help breathing clear. It’s so easy to add a couple drops of Thieves + Lemon to hot water + honey when my throat needs soothed and my immune system needs boosting.

To say I’m obsessed would be an understatement. How can you not fall in love with something that changed your life 😭
