Along with running multiple businesses, we’ve also stepped into the call of foster parenting, and it’s simultaneously been the heart-growing + heart-wrenching thing we’ve ever done. Welcome to where I share my heart about it all.

Let’s chat diaper rashes & clearing them up quickly:

1. Make sure the diapers and wipes aren’t causing/making the rash worse. Lots of big name diaper & wipe brands are filled with chemicals that cause or make rashes worse (plus a whole slew of other things: https://www.livestrong.com/…/111348-chemicals-disposable-d…/)

We personally use 7th Generation diapers + WaterWipes. There are tons of other “clean” brands out there, these are just what we’ve found work best for us.

2. Make sure you’re checking the diaper frequently & changing once wet to keep the area clean & dry.

3. Use Young Living’s freaking amazing Diaper Rash Cream. It literally smells incredible. It keeps moisture away and HEALS. And it’s formulated with all natural ingredients + essential oils and withOUT lanolin, parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, synthetic preservatives, synthetic fragrances, or synthetic colorants (which also all irritate skin + other scary things but are often found in conventional diaper rash creams).

You can use it as preventative care or once a rash pops up. We’ve only had to deal with a couple rashes in the last 8 months and this stuff has cleared them up literally within a day 🎉
