This month I have had the chance to make a TON of different items using Essential Oils for gifts and for myself. When I first started using essential oils, I just did not understand how they worked and it was overwhelming. So this post is all about sharing some fun ways to use oils that I’ve learned & to really simplify how to use oils.
First up:
Here’s what you need:
– One 1oz amber glass spray bottle. (You can get packs of 10-12 for a great price on Amazon)
– 10 drops Thieves Vitality
A few drops of honey or agave (optional)
Fill with distilled or filtered water
You will need:
– 1/2 c epsom salt (this is an estimation! You just need enough to fill the jar!)
– 5-6 drops of Peace & Calming, Stress Away or another relaxing Essential Oil
Thieves Stain Stick
You will need:
– 30ml roller
– 1-2 capfuls of Thieves household cleaner
– Match the amount with Thieves Laundry Detergent (Thieves Dish Soap also works well)
– 15 drops of Lemon
– Optional: splash of Hydrogen Peroxide (isn’t safe for colors necessarily, but does wonders on whites!)
Fill with Distilled Water and shake
